ReadyResume is an AI-powered resume management tool that helps you keep your resume up to date by logging your day-to-day work activities. The Service processes your resume content and activity logs using artificial intelligence to suggest and apply updates to your resume.
ReadyResume is a productivity tool. It is not a career counseling service, a recruitment platform, or a guarantee of employment outcomes. We make no representation that using ReadyResume will result in job interviews, offers, or career advancement.

AI-generated resume content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or hallucinations. You are solely responsible for reviewing all AI output before using it in any job application or professional context.
ReadyResume uses Amazon Bedrock (Nova) to process your resume content and activity logs. Specifically:
Pizzingrillo Labs is not liable for any consequences arising from the use of AI-generated content in job applications, professional profiles, or any other context.
You retain full ownership of your resume content, activity logs, and any other data you submit to ReadyResume ("User Content").
By using the Service, you grant Pizzingrillo Labs a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, store, and transmit your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the app (Account → Delete Account). Upon deletion, your data is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.
ReadyResume offers optional paid features and subscriptions available for purchase through the Apple App Store. All transactions are processed by Apple and subject to Apple's Terms of Sale.
To cancel a subscription or request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com or manage subscriptions in your iPhone Settings.
All rights, title, and interest in the ReadyResume application, including but not limited to the UI design, resume templates, branding, logos, and underlying software, are owned exclusively by Pizzingrillo Labs.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any ReadyResume intellectual property to you. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our express written consent.
Your resume content remains your own — we claim no ownership over the text or information you provide.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pizzingrillo Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to:
In any case, Pizzingrillo Labs's total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $10 USD, whichever is greater.
You may stop using ReadyResume and delete your account at any time from within the app (Account → Delete Account).
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to the Service, without prior notice, if we determine in our sole discretion that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a security risk to the Service or other users.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. Sections 4, 7, 8, and 11 of these Terms survive termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, where the changes are material, notify you via the app or by email to the address associated with your account.
Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service and delete your account.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Charleston County, South Carolina, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
